General Policies

• Purchasing
  • Purchase orders should be emailed or faxed to ensure accuracy
    • Fax: 865-694-4475  
    • Email your Account Manager directly (ex: toby@thermallabelwarehouse.com)
  • Orders are placed upon receipt or on the next business day
  • Stock orders received by 2:00pm EST will usually ship that same day
  • Order confirmations with tracking information will be sent once that information is available
  • All orders receive confirmation - please check with us if you have not received confirmation within 1 business day of placing your order
• Shipping
  • Orders are shipped Best Way with the amount prepaid and added to your invoice unless otherwise directed.
  • TLW can use UPS/FedEx accounts and national freight accounts if requested
  • We can also provide competitive freight estimates prior to placing order if requested
  • All orders are FOB Mill (customer is responsible for freight) unless otherwise quoted
• Billing & Terms
  • All invoices are sent electronically (email).  We no longer mail paper invoices.
  • Invoices are not sent until the product(s) have shipped
  • Payment terms are Net 30 (balance due in 30 days)
  • TLW accepts checks and major credit cards (MC, Visa & AMEX)
  • Please call our office for credit card payments - 865-694-4448
• Returns - every situation is different, but here are the general guidelines...
  • ALL returns must be authorized in advance (no exceptions)
  • Please work with your Account Manager for return authorization
  • Custom items may NOT be returned unless the products are found to be damaged and/or defective, in which case, they will be replaced by the same (undamaged) product
  • Returns of any stock item will not be accepted after 90 days
  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply in some cases
